A short, terse film about a day in the life of an ice cream man, his troubles making change and keeping the fudgesicles from melting.  Over the course of his rounds, we learn his real name, and that he is actually a fugitive, having moved across the country to escape a warrant that his ex-wife swore after a hit and run that left their only son dead.  Shot entirely by daylight, with only the sound of the ice cream truck chimes in the background, the film would conform to the Dogme 95 rules and style.
