The third installment to the Snake Plissken/Escape from movies. Following Kurt Russell’s escape from New York, and Escape from L.A., in which he destroys all technology in the world, Snake retires to the small chain of islands that used to be Florida. Through superior firepower, the world government is overthrown, and technology is reinstated by nerds in mech suits who rule with literal iron firsts. One of the nerds in charge orders Snake to bring him his Bubbe, or at least her recipe for ruggeleh, on pain of his head exploding due to an inhaled explosive concealed in a nasal spray Snake uses, because even though it’s a moist heat, his sinuses still dry out from time to time.
